How to get rid of Pimples and Improve Look of your skin with 10 basic skin care tips:

Today I am gonna share with you about few basic things which has to be followed daily without fail.These are the basic tips i follow regularly.See, getting flawless within few days is a big deal.So, DONT GIVE UP in the middle with laziness(-.-)zzZ…Most of the people who are not aware of things, do make ups and all other without taking the basic care for our skin!! It Is the first thing by which we hurt the things unknowingly.. 😦 Okay haha coming To the point…

My first tip is…..

1.HYGIENE:

We have to be hygienic..Agree or not??

  • clean your hands now and then
  • keep your scalp clean(dandruff and dust u scratch with your hands will enter you skin pores when u touch your skin causing acne!!)
  • change pillow covers every two weeks
  • clean mobile screen!!

2.PROPER CLEANSING YOUR FACE:

One of the best ways to improve the look of your skin is to keep it clean and fresh. If you’re not cleansing your skin properly, you are just asking for breakouts! In order to properly cleanse your skin, you must first completely remove all makeup. Makeup removing wipes are the most convenient method. They carefully cleanse the skin with a mild face wash.Work the cleanser into the skin for 1 to 3 minutes(working with cleanser few minutes  is a must!!), then remove all cleanser residue from the skin by rinsing repeatedly with water.

3.DON’T TOUCH YOUR SKIN:

Touching your skin is nothing but your just poking your skin which again causes acne,blemishes and all.Also as i said in the first point touching your skin is making your skin non-hygiene!

4.DONT OVER WASH YOUR FACE:

Have good-for-skin diet

Your skin has some natural oils which is essential.If you over wash your face it will remove those natural oils and make skin dry.washing twice a day is enough and also wash the face after reaching your home from pollution and dust.

5.DONT POP YOUR PIMPLE!!

Dont pop your pimple.It delays your healing time.Even I cant resist from popping:( But maximum I try to..by following given all tips my pimples reduced a lot.so theres no need of popping as I am not having large pimples right now..HaHa…:D

6.MOISTURIZE:

Dry skin gives you a dull, aged appearance. To avoid this, you should apply moisturizer after you cleanse every time. Even people with oily skin need to apply moisturizer after cleansing, because cleanser removes your skin’s natural oils from its surface. To see a noticeable improvement in your skin, just make sure you choose a moisturizer that is formulated for your skin type. If you have oily skin, use a lightweight moisturizer and if you have dry skin, use a rich moisturizer.

NOTE:

People with horrible pimples,My genuine request is that plz take doctors suggestion for a moisturizer. Dont use what ever you see on web…:)

7.EXFOLIATE:

Dead skin cells cause oil and bacteria to get trapped in the pores. By gently scrubbing dead skin cells away, you are able to cleanse your skin more thoroughly and help reduce the amount of break outs. You should use a gentle face scrub 2-3 times a week before moisturizing.

NOTE:

  • Dont over do it! Buff the scrub into the skin for at least a minute using circular motions after cleansing your skin thoroughly. Then rinse away all the scrub and finish with moisturizer and spot treatments if needed!
  • People with face full of pimples,dont exfoliate harshly or if the pimples are critical plz try to avoid exfoliaters!

8.SUN SCREEN:

sunscreen is a must for every one.It protects skin from harmful uv rays which causes skin diseases,pimples,rashes….Even its cloudy or sunny just use a sunscreen.Use sunscreen according to your preferred spf.

 

9.DRINK LOTS OF WATER:

Drinking the appropriate amount of water each day flushes away toxins from the body. If your body doesn’t receive enough water, it must release toxins in a different way, such as through your pores, which causes break outs. Drink the recommended 8 glasses of water each day to improve the look of your skin.

NOTE:

  • people who caffeinated drinks like coffee,drink more than 8 glass of water.
  • dont drink lots of water before bed.

10.CLEANSE FACE BEFORE BED:

pollution,harmful make up,dust everything which sits on your face must be removed with a face wash before bed.Our skin has pores which also wants to breathe freely without clogs and wants to stay healthy!
