coffee scrub!

Hey every onee.. 🙂 I found this source when I was browsing to do some care for my toes as it is too tanned and rough 😦

Finally I found this source and it is amazing!! Its recommended for the whole body. But I am using it for my toes and legs and you know what?I found an amazing results my tan on toes are visibily started disappearing!! If you are tanned use it for a week for alternate days or once for 3days for 2 weeks…Trust me u will get results..happy scrubbing 🙂

sooo here we gooo,

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coffee grounds.
  • ½ cup oatmeal.
  • ½ cup sugar.
  • ½ cup honey.
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Start by grounding the oatmeal to a fine powder.

Body Scrub 1 Coffee and Oatmeal Body Scrub: Do It Yourself

Measure out the rest of the dry ingredients into a large bowl.

Body Scrub 2 Coffee and Oatmeal Body Scrub: Do It Yourself

Body Scrub 3 Coffee and Oatmeal Body Scrub: Do It Yourself

Mix the ingredients and add the honey and oil.

Body Scrub 4 Coffee and Oatmeal Body Scrub: Do It Yourself

Combine until everything is coated with honey. Add some more honey if you need.

Body Scrub 5 Coffee and Oatmeal Body Scrub: Do It Yourself

You should have a sticky consistency, with no dry ingredients left. As an optional step, you could add some essential oils of your choice. Powdered cinnamon is also great (smells AMAZING!).

All done! Easy peasy. You can quickly whip some up just before your bath, or you can make extra and store it in your bathroom. Don’t store it for over 1-2 weeks. While it may not go bad, there could be an ant attack (honey and sugar, can you blame them?).

If you feel like the texture is too rough for you, you can always add less sugar or skip the sugar entirely. The coffee alone should give you enough grit to exfoliate sensitive skin.
